There seems to be according to the customer line no access or number to reach Corporate Office they send message to DM do not provide the turn around time fir call back until you call back to the customer service line because the DM never called you. I’ve rented at different locations with Prime Storage and multiple units since approx late 2018 early 2019 the service and staff at the Cherry St location was great Columbia SC not so much. Seems that the managers at the Cherry St location in Rock Hill was more customer centric and had the authority to make decisions. My unit went from $88 to $115 seems like COVID price gauging I was a long time renter with Extra Store Storage off snd on from 2009-2018 they kept increasing their prices every 6 months and that’s when ai began doing business with Prime because of their reasonable prices. That’s now changed. I’m moving out of State and will incur escalated expense fir the move I simply asked since I will only be occupying the unit for 2 weeks if they could allow me to pay what the rent was prior to the increase $88 or give and adjustment credit of the $25 since my daughter has a unit with them also which I set up but due to the abrupt need for storage I forgot to do the referral can they apply that to the new rent amount of $115. Seems that not even the DM had the ability to make that decision. I received a call back from a lead (all calls to me have been during my work hours and around 4pm when Ive notified them numerous times of my work schedule 230p-11p when I did receive a call back that was supposed to come from DM Crystal I received a voicemail from a lead remarking competitive pricing for my unit size locally THAT WAS NEITHER MY COMPLAINT OR CONCERN There’s no need to dispute pricing on a unit I no longer will need but regarding an adjustment on the account fir the above stated reason… the follow up were so delayed that I’ve now incurred a late fee which brings about added financial hardship.

The cost continues to go up, however, no additional amenities are provided. If we signed a contract we should have been grandfathered into the original price.

Rates has gone up too high and storages around you’re are are much less
